Our menu is inspired by the flavors of Italy and the Mediterranean, with a healthy California twist. We make fresh pasta in house, and our delicious thin crust pizzas are baked in a wood-fired oven imported from Italy.
Fresh First
We prioritized fresh, local produce and ingredients long before the concept of farm to table dining became popular.
We think it's a good philosophy for our way of crafting food: fresh first.
